JT Garage Doors provides garage door repair, spring replacement, opener installation, new door installation, and custom door design and installation across San Jose and the greater Bay Area Peninsula. Specific services, pricing, and warranties are quoted per job.

3. Service Requests and Quotes
- Quote requests submitted through our website or by phone are estimates only.
- Final pricing is confirmed after on-site inspection.
- Emergency and same-day service is subject to technician availability.

- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. SMS Messaging
5.1 Business Identity
Jonathan Tellez DBA JT Garage Doors sends occasional SMS text messages to users who have opted in through our website. Messages relate to quote responses, appointment reminders, service confirmations, follow-up questions, and — for users who separately opt in — marketing communications such as special offers, discounts, and seasonal service reminders.
5.2 Opt-Out and Support
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (669) 371-7177. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. 5.3 Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5.4 Message Frequency
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary depending on your service status; you may receive up to 5 messages per week related to active service requests, plus periodic marketing messages if you have opted in. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5.6 Consent Not Required for Service
